We are dog trainers and dog groomers by trade. We have been in the pet industry for almost ten years and fell head over heels for the poodle breed in early 2017. These dogs are part fish, are full of laughs and love, crave affection, and are eager to learn. Their springy step always brings a smile to my face, unexpectedly putting their head in my lap until they feel they've gotten the attention they deserve.Majestic Poodles began breeding in 2019. We don't aim to mass produce, rather keep Majestic Poodles as a small, in-home operation where we can give individual attention to each puppy. We have one sire, one dam, and no more. Puppies are exposed to multiple surfaces, sounds, and smells, Early Neurological Stimulation, and tested with the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test to place puppies in their best homes.We strive for the advancement of the breed and to produce AKC registered puppies with the ideal temperament and foundations for service work. Puppy dewclaws are removed and tails are docked at two to three days of age by a licensed veterinarian*Puppies are given multiple baths and face / feet / sanitary trims to acclimate them into the grooming process, a very important part of every grooming dog's life. Dewormer and first set of vaccinations are administered, documented, and given to the new owner in an informational Majestic Poodles "New Puppy" pamphlet. Weights are recorded and puppies are sent home at eight to ten weeks with a goodie bag containing blankets, toys, photos, and all paperwork.We sincerely hope you enjoy your Standard Poodle and the many years of joy and companionship that they bring.*Tails and dewclaws were left natural on litter #4 for holistic purposes. We found that due to the nature of operation, it caused undue stress to the puppies, and we only want what is best for the little ones.✶ Majestic Poodles ✶

THIS PUPPY IS BEING SOLD STRICTLY AS A COMPANION.It is agreed that the Male/Female Standard Poodle puppy whelped on (date), AKC No.: (registration number) is being sold for pet/companion purposes only and is not to be bred.Sire: (sire's name)

An AKC Limited (no breeding rights) puppy registration will be given in a folder to the Buyer upon receival of puppy and completion of sale.We, Valen Leonhart and Danny Bishop of Majestic Poodles and as the breeders and sellers of the above puppy, guarantee puppy to be in good health and temperament at the time of puppy buyer’s puppy pick up. Buyer of said puppy agrees to have puppy’s health checked by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of puppy pickup from the breeder’s residence, excluding national holidays. We, as the breeders, will replace said puppy if said puppy is found to be in deathly ill of health by the above licensed veterinarian and said puppy is returned to the Breeder within 48 hours of above veterinarian visit. Said puppy will be replaced only providing the said puppy is accompanied by a written certificate of findings from the same above licensed veterinarian. The Breeder will NOT be responsible in any way for any debts or expenses including vet expenses incurred by the said puppy Buyer(s) for any reason.(signatures)
CONDITIONS OF SALE(1.) The Buyer(s) agrees that if for whatever reason they cannot keep said puppy, Breeder can be contacted by phone, email or certified mail, and said puppy can be returned back to the breeder in good health with no refund to the buyer(s). Buyer(s) will pay all shipping cost of the return of said puppy if needed.(2.) This said puppy must at all times throughout its life be provided with adequate housing from inclement weather, an annual checkup by a licensed veterinarian, and required vaccinations, including rabies. Over vaccination or lack of vaccination, including negligent denial of heartworm preventative, will result in the forfeiture of the health guarantee.(3.) The said puppy is recommended to be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age of 6 months, allowing for some sexual maturity of the pup which is necessary for their development.(4.) The registered name of said puppy in any registries will begin with the kennel name "Majestic". The health guarantee is void if the puppy is not registered with the kennel name “Majestic” at the beginning of its registered name.(5.) Majestic Poodles tries to give each puppy the best start in life, however there are other circumstances that may contribute to some characteristics of the puppy. Therefore, there is no guarantee of dog size, final color, temperament, performance, working or hunting ability.(6.) If at any time said puppy dies of natural or unnatural causes, Breeder is to be immediately notified. Breeder has the right to request proof of an examination and or necropsy by a local/nearby licensed veterinary office.(7.) If at any point and time in said puppy's lifetime, said puppy is returned to the breeder for any reason, AKC registration papers must at that time be signed off of ownership by the Buyer(s) transferring legal ownership of the said puppy and the AKC registration papers to the Breeder.(8A.) A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required by the puppy Buyer to reserve any puppy of any litter. At any time prior to completion of a sale and delivery of the reserved said puppy Buyer changes their decision to purchase said puppy, the required deposit will not be refunded. In the event that there is no completion of puppy sale due to unforeseen illness of puppy or death, Buyer has the right to choose another puppy. To avoid this, we start taking deposits starting at 4 weeks of age.8B.) Breeder has the right of refusal of this sale of said puppy for any reason at any time before completion of sale and delivery of said puppy. The full deposit will be refunded and supplied to the said puppy Buyer(s) after the Breeder’s decision.(9.) It is understood and agreed that the Buyer(s) by signing this contract, has read and understands the provisions of this contract and will abide by it fully. All parties must sign in all designated areas of this contract. Furthermore, this written agreement/contract constitutes all the conditions of the sale and no verbal statements either before or after the sale will be binding in any way. Failure to comply with all aspects of this contract renders all guarantees null and void.(10.) The Parties agree that any dispute arising out of this Contract will be heard by the appropriate Texas court, the parties agreeing that jurisdiction is properly in Texas.BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO ALL TERMS STATED IN THIS CONTRACT BY SIGNING BELOW.(signatures)

✦ Is Gabriel a full Standard Poodle? He's got a doodle face? Poodle hair keeps growing and keeps growing, even on their face and feet. "Poodle Face / Poodle Feet," funny enough, require constant shaving, a big misconception. We felt Gabriel looked too sophisticated to match his goofy personality when we gave him the traditional Poodle look. We doodled our Poodle!✦ I don't do anything with my Standard Poodle's coat? Poodle coats can have a variety cuts and styles. Like human hair, it does not stop growing, and requires more maintenance the longer it gets. For a quick and easy cut that requires little maintenance, you can ask your local groomer for a #7 or a #5 blade all over, keeping the top knot ( head fluff ) and tail if you so choose. Remember to wash, rinse, and repeat in six to eight weeks!
